Several ways to extend the life of a thermocouple spot weld:
1. When welding, please adjust the three sets of welding parameters first. Pay attention to the small to large standard conditioning when conditioning parameters. Care must be taken to ensure that the weld head is facing the enameled wire and the workpiece to ensure weld quality and weld life.
2. It is forbidden to weld the welding head, otherwise the welding head will be burned out!
3. Due to the wire diameter and workpiece of the soldered wire, in normal use, each soldering head can be welded with 5000----50,000 solder joints. After the welding head is used for a period of time, if the welding is not strong, the welding parameters can be increased. If the effect is still not good, the spot welding head needs to be replaced.
