Product Details

There are many types of oilstones, and different oilstones are used for different purposes. There are oil stones used in our lives, there are oil stones in production and use. When we choose oil stone, we will see what we need to polish. If it is the oil stone used in our lives, you can use ordinary oil stone. If it is used for fine grinding, it is necessary to select it.

The ends of the stone seat are fixed by springs so that they rest against the housing. Inside the housing is a long rod that is hinged through the intermediate transfer rod and the two cones. When the liquid pressure is transmitted to the mandrel, the mandrel pushes the intermediate transfer rod downward, causing the two cones to move down at the same time, thereby pushing the block and causing the oil stone seat to gradually rise outward. At this point, the oil stone on the honing head grinds the metal at a fixed pressure. When the honing process is finished, that is, after the hole size of the part reaches the requirement, the machine tool is operated, the pressure disappears, the heart stick is retracted, the spring compresses the oil stone seat, and the oil stone contracts inward.

In order to prevent the oil stone from damaging the machined surface of the part when it enters and exits the hole of the part, a rubber-coated board is specially embedded around the casing.
